DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?

We sometimes will provide free shipping during a promotional offer, this will be stated on the website home page when the offer is valid. Unfortunately, we do not normally have free shipping as we do not build the price of shipping into the purchase price like most other brands. Instead, we charge a small shipping fee to assist with covering our delivery costs while allowing the product to be purchased at a competitive price.

WHY HAVEN'T MY ITEMS ARRIVED?

Please allow up to one week for the delivery of your items. If the items still have not arrived, please contact us directly for assistance. ARE THE COLOURS OF THE GARMENTS PHOTO ACCURATE?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed online, the order is processed immediately, and no further changes can be made in the online platform. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Our clothes are cut for a regular shape and most garments are a regular fit to accommodate almost any body type. Some of our garments run larger than normal; however, this will be specified clearly on the product page. Please refer to our Sizing Guide for more information.
