Welcome to the Anarchy Lift Wear website. By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), which together with our Privacy Policy, govern Anarchy Lift Wear’s relationship with you in relation to your use of this website. "Us", "Our" and "We/we" refers to Anarchy Lift Wear including its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates. "Website" refers to www.anarchyliftwear.com exclusively. "You" and "your" refers to you as the purchaser of our products, or as the individual using the Anarchy Lift Wear website.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Our products may be delivered by local post and/or reputable courier companies. All deliveries will be processed following receipt of full payment. Delivery times range between 1 and 14 days depending on the delivery option selected at the time of purchase. In the event of damaged or lost orders, you should first address and attempt to resolve the issue with the Post Office or Courier Company directly. Replacing goods that are lost or damaged in transit is made at the discretion of Anarchy Lift Wear. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We offer an exchange, return, credit note or refund on full priced items only. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for all domestic orders to be eligible. The customer is required to contact Anarchy Lift Wear or provide a note in the return parcel to ensure items are dealt with correctly. For all international orders, the customer is required to contact Anarchy Lift Wear as shipping times can vary substantially. Items must be in their original condition and you may be asked to provide us with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on postage if you need to change size or are unhappy with your order. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded unless an item is found to be faulty. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on swimwear, underwear products and accessories unless these items are proven to be faulty. If a customer is exchanging items, an extra postage bag of a suitable size must be supplied by the customer. If the postage bag is not supplied, the customer will be required to pay the postage of the new item(s) before they are dispatched from Anarchy Lift Wear. If items are faulty, Anarchy Lift Wear offers an exchange, return or a full refund, including postage. Items deemed faulty after 30 days may be denied at Anarchy Lift Wears sole discretion. All orders must be returned to the address displayed below. If you require a street address, please contact sales@anarchyliftwear.com with this request. The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Anarchy Lift Wear. As previously stated, Anarchy Lift Wear will not issue a refund for items that have been misplaced or lost in transit. SALE ITEMS
Please be aware that no sale items can be exchanged, returned, credited or refunded. Therefore, any sale items that are returned to Anarchy Lift Wear will be returned to the sender in the exact state that it was received using the return envelope, bag or satchel provided by the customer or held until the customer pays for the return delivery. If we are at fault and an error has been made on your order, Anarchy Lift Wear will reimburse you for any return shipping costs and correct the error. Anarchy Lift Wear handles all returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the non-executive jurisdiction of the Courts in Western Australia in any dispute or any matter in any way related to, or connected with, this agreement or any transaction contemplated by this agreement.
